微軟這個 MOSS 2007 / WSS 3.0 的工具包 4.0 版出來了，由官網上說到這也將是最後一個版本，接下來就是針對 MOSS 2010 版本推出 Toolkit 了。
4.0 版提供了下面幾個功能：
1. SharePoint Diagnostics Tool improvements
2. the Permissions Reporting Tool
3. the Quota Management command
4. Security Configuration Wizard Manifests
